Never understood why they play games New Years days anyway , one of the flattest days of the year in my opinion and I never understand who they don’t use the spring and late summer bank holidays like they used to.
Surprised at the flash flooding though after a relatively dry and calm festive period.As you come past the old pier A577 heading towards Asda ?, that bridge floods after a summer shower it’s ridiculous. I’m not saying that the main reason but I’d have a quid on that it played a major role in the flooding.
Whoever designed that seriously needs throwing in jail. If you built drainage like that on a new housing estate everyone’s house would stink of sh!t all the toilets would be backing up
