If it is called off it will be because the approaches to the ground are deemed to be unsafe and dangerous rather than anything to do with the pitch or playing conditions.
Thanks gents. I’ve decided to buy train tickets and give it a go that way rather than drive. At least I can have a couple of beers and if the train is delayed, well, I can have another couple!
