Once again Gary got this spot on this weekend. This is not the first time he has done this this season and he needs commending for it. Well done Mr Caldwell.

Just hoping he starts with plan B on Friday & Monday. Not that I’m complaining too much; just wanna batter some teams !22 March 2016 at 12:15 pm #147678We have to take 6 points from Easter weekend with millwall playing Bradford and Burton we could be out of their reach if we can do it. I don’t fear Gillingham as they have to play everybody yet which would leave Walsall to overcome. This is a crucial couple of games for the lads and we need to go for it. Up the tics.
22 March 2016 at 12:54 pm #147679Quite an interesting point, which I don’t know if anyone else has noticed, Walsall don’t play now until their tough game away at Sheff United on 2nd April. Gillingham only play once away at Bury.
If, and it’s a big if, we get 6 points from the Easter games, we’d be in a very strong position.

Walsall have 3 away games in a row after their Easter break.
I think by the time they have played Gillingham away on 12th April we will have a good idea of our destiny.22 March 2016 at 4:57 pm #147681Quite an interesting point, which I don’t know if anyone else has noticed, Walsall don’t play now until their tough game away at Sheff United on 2nd April. I noticed that at the weekend and couldn’t work out why? They must have players on international duty? Their match with Shrewsbury was one cancelled I think.
Could be a great opportunity to put a bit of daylight between us & the chasing pack. Would certainly put the pressure on them to win games. Let’s just hope we can get the two wins but Swindon won’t be easy, they are on a decent run of late.
22 March 2016 at 7:37 pm #147682Walsall were due to play Gillingham on Friday/Sat, not sure who they should have played Easter Monday. Terrible time to schedule internationals that for clubs in L1, we got lucky that Grigg hasn’t been selected, but hard on Walsall that they now have a hectic fixture list, not like they have 25 internationals to chose from and could have played their 2 games.
22 March 2016 at 9:18 pm #147687Not much room for anything else but two wins this weekend if we are serious about automatic promotion. It will be an ideal opportunity to put some breathing space between us and Walsall and Gillingham and hopefully chip away at Burton but it if we had not dropped so many points through drawing so many games we could have had the breathing space going in to the run in.
