whilst i agree you cant blame the manager for individual mistakes and misses, but the manager decides on tatics and formations, so ultimately the buck stops with him,…. i mean when have you ever heard of a player getting the sack for missing an open goal,
As I have suggested before those not happy and generally chessed off get them banners made then we can start winning again one appeared last season and generally turned our season round :woohoo:
