Dortmund supporters organising a boycott in protest at ‘huge’ hike in ticket prices.
I particularly like this bit:
“Now, for the first time, the 20 euro mark has been crossed by a club and we are no longer willing to sit back and find out what happens next. It is time to raise our voices, no matter what club it is.”
Also, I didn’t realise it is costing Liverpool fans £51 to watch the United game on Sunday. :shock:
Eleven of the Kaisers where I am Griff, (Bundesliga team) and you get a train ride included n all with some teams.
Makes you think when Arsenal et al are charging 50 notes plus. Madness.
Just looking at my collection of Bolton tickets in Germany I see Bayern Munich were asking 40 Euros for the Uefa Cup tie in 2007.
There was an admission price of 7 DM for the Germany B v Bolton fixture at Bremen in May 1953 and there is no price on the 2009/10 Borussia MG v Bolton pre season friendly ticket.
Incidentally each of these matches were drawn.
