Totally agree, What does concern me is that whelan just isnt willing to give martinez any money, or is whelan waiting to see if martinez can cope with this division answer at the moment is a big no, as for gomez totally out of his depth

no, no, no.
Gomez is a good player. end of. Why don’y people have any patience. This time last week everyone was singing his praises, saying how brilliant he looked.
I imagine that he hasn’t suddenly turned crap over the period of a week.
Give him a chance.
He’s not had the best start but it’s still early days yet, I would like to think he’s going to start finding his feet soon and settle in.
Remember tevez was c**p when he first went west spam (or is that a bit of false memory syndrome)
