i like the clubs thinking about the swansea game,BOGOF deal for season ticket holders, never know could be another final in store.a few decent teams out now ;)
without the offer i would buy two tickets 1 for me and 1 for my daughter. (we are both season ticket holders). now i’ll just buy mine and get hers free, thereby saving me a tenner.
We could end up with the same size crowd as against preston, but with half the takings.
What they need to do is to sell the ticket packages, say
Bolton, West Brom and Liverpool tickets bundled together. Most other clubs do that.
I think they might be, but not for those 3 exact games.
What they really need to do is actually promote these deals and promote games. They launch these offers but don’t tell anyone. Apart from posters inside the stadium where people who see them already have tickets.

But its worth a try i suppose
or is this just the glass half empty outlook
I know where you are coming from with the ‘takings’ side of things, but I don’t think that the amount taken from these games really matters. If it did Swansea wouldn’t have agreed to it. (its bogof for their fans aswell)
Its arguble whether it will generate many new faces, but as a gesture to both sets of fans the clubs have got to be applauded for it.
