Good people of the West, East and South (stands) please make yourselves heard for 90mins, yes 90 mins on the 26th, and keep the devils away from goal
You may enable a miracle !

Or alternately, sing nothing, spend the game moaning, and resort to booing at half time and on the final whistle. That’s the Wigan way.
Good people of the West, East and South (stands) please make yourselves heard for a further 10mins, yes 10 mins should the devils not be in front after 90mins. We hope the Tic’s can prevail!
They go in the West because they won’t get hit for wearing a United shirt or cheering when they score when in the East their all sorted out one way or another.
Grab hold of the Manc and tell a steward. We wouldn’t get any United fans in our end if they got lamped one every season :angry-boxing:

Yes, because I’m sure the ‘Red Army’ would be terrified of getting into a scrape with the ES2 Massive.
With the database set up, unless they are idiots who have paid about £350 from some online agency, then there shouldn’t be many of them in. Last weeks story in the Rugby Post (this weeks chip paper), of the family who were moaning because “They support both teams” (yeah, alright…) yet their buying history was all Latics V United games, demonstrated that there really shouldn’t be a problem with United fans in our stands.
The most cringeworthy thing, ever, in our ground, was the day they won the Premeirship, and with ten minutes left, a load of replica wearing idiots with flags, etc, came marauding into our ground, causing congestion with those trying to leave.
Whoever made the decision to let them in, their head should have rolled. It was a potentially dangerous decision, as we could have had a scenario similar to Ibrox Park, in 1971, when fans were leaving, and a last minute goal caused fans who had already left, to walk back into the ground, causing a crush on the stairs. I was disgusted that we let them walk in our ground. If they had been proper fans anyway, they would have been in the ground already (hook or by crook) and ended up with a better view, side on, than the paying Mancs in the away end! Like I say, whoever decided to let them in……idiot. :angry-banghead:
Alad from work whose a Utd fan was there that day and stormed the west stand. Apparently he said they had to open the doors to let the Wigan fans out and Utd fans stormed the doors over powering the stewards.
Maybe a policing issue that should have been foreseen. He said that stewards chased him on the concourse and pinned him down only for the head steward to say they were now letting Utd fans in and to let him go.
I think other fans see us an easy touch and we need to change that perception i.e like they are trying to do now by having database restrictions.
Easy to workout..Its empty for most games then when ManUtd,Liverpool,Everton come to the DW its half full and when they score the stand goes up..Every season..Not hard to workout just open your eyes and ears..
