In your opinion Sammy lad.
4 October 2015 at 3:58 pm #145088So Coyle was so bad he took Burnley to the Premier League. Did Malky not take Cardiff to the Premier League? Uwe took Brentford to a play off final and built the team up for Warburton. That is not a bad record for you not to rate Sam but you are entitled to your opinion like the rest of us.

The point I was making is that as coaches they are “superior” to you. And that’s not an opinion it’s a fact, donny lad.4 October 2015 at 5:46 pm #145090Well that is obvious they are superior coaches to me. Sorry Sam but it is you who said you didn’t rate them. Anyway f it how do you think we will do at Bury? That’s far more important than petty discussions about f all.
4 October 2015 at 5:57 pm #145091Actually Ste, is was you who first implied that you didn’t rate them.
…………Sammy knows you know. He believes in Coyle Rosler and McKay our super coaches. They certainly got it all right. Nice one Sammy. But if that’s your opinion you are entitled to it and who would anyone else be to criticise the opinion of a fellow fan.;)
4 October 2015 at 6:46 pm #145092Not been over impressed with any of the style of football since Steve Bruce. Pretty boring stuff apart from the odd matches. I wouldn’t rate myself as a coach anywhere near them but ever since football began fans have expressed their own ideas of what they would like to see. This thread started about Grant Holt. I would like to see him in the side if fit, others wouldn’t. If he was in the side and others thought he shouldn’t be well they are entitled to what they think but I wouldn’t use the argument of coaches knowing best. At the end of the day none of us silly buggers on here are professional coaches but as long as we are spectators we do have a say with each other on the ground and forums etc. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter one bit what we think about Latics or each other, things will just go on regardless, making some happy and pissing some off. Now how we gonna do at Bury? I reckon a win.
5 October 2015 at 2:08 pm #145116I wouldn’t rate myself as a coach anywhere near them.So you do rate yourself as a coach then?
Do you have all the necessary badges?
Have you ever coached a football team?5 October 2015 at 2:21 pm #145118Why does he need to have done any of those things to have an opinion on a football forum?
Let’s face it we all think we know what we’re talking about. Some, like me do, others it’s plain to see don’t. :silly:
5 October 2015 at 2:36 pm #145119Why does he need to have done any of those things to have an opinion on a football forum? He doesn’t but he’s implying that he is a coach. I’m just curious to know to what level and what experience.
5 October 2015 at 3:26 pm #145123Sam I am not a coach. Just a mistake in my grammar Sir.
5 October 2015 at 6:21 pm #145127I’ve got a couple of latics badges do they count lol
5 October 2015 at 6:37 pm #145128They would do grand but not quite qualify you enough to comment on a Latics forum Saint.
