There would be quite a few on here moaning if we had lost including myself but we didn’t so credit should got to the manager and team.
Pleasing to see Gary make changes again during the match and bring on the extra striker. Pleasing to see Grant Holt Back and playing. Always good to see a player return after a long injury. Also pleasing to see the side fight back from being behind. Good to see over 500 Tics making the journey, each one a credit to their club for their loyalty. Hope the away win will give the players the confidence to go on and win more away games and hope Gary will keep the positive side of his tactics going into Saturdays match.By the heck, are you feeling altright, Donny lad?
Most positive post ever. Presumably because it was a JP Trophy game, and you were confident that none of the JCLs would see fit to comment on it.
Definitely a good result and a decent, batling performance by the sounds of it. Was glad that Hwula got his goals bcause his head could have been down after being subbed at half time on Saturday. Also good to see Holty back; Cowie too could be valuable if McCann’s injury lingers. Wildschut looks like another good ‘un.
Get our two first-choice centre-halves and two first-choice strikers fit and, with all those in reserve plus good young lads such as Chow, Jennings, Flores, Ianson and Robles coming through, we could have a decent crack at the league.
