What a fantastic result. I just wish we could have done um with them having 11 men, first choice goalie and without a debatable pen. Then it would have better than fantastic.
To be honest, I dont think there was a debate. We would have scored only for Cech and also when their replacement keeper came on, he had a word with Hugo to try and put him off. Im glad it went the way it did, its not often we get treated fairly against one of the big boys, just shows what can happen when you remove the bias. May be Roman forgot to pay the ref. ;)
1. The penalty was a stonewaller.
2. Considering the luck we’ve had with refs against the top 4 in recent years, even if it wasn’t a pen, it deserved to be one. If that makes sense.Mr Logic

I did’nt think that penalty at Everton was a penalty,swings and roundabouts.But Chech did move his leg to trip, and Dowd was on the spot.Every one the commentator, and all three on MoTD and ME thought it was, a bit of honesty for a change.
