Sick of hearing in the press of the hundreds of millions being quoted for transfers yet the future of most other football clubs is finely in the balance.
At this time the numbers being bantered about are sick and crass. To think some people are laying their lives on the line at work to help save others yet the press are quoting 70 million here 90 million there for average players.
Scrap this season now and ban the press even talking about signings and salaries. Pricks!!!3 May 2020 at 5:41 pm #186112Sick of hearing in the press of the hundreds of millions being quoted for transfers yet the future of most other football clubs is finely in the balance.

Scrap this season now and ban the press even talking about signings and salaries. Pricks!!!Some clubs are now saying that they are happy to complete the season behind closed doors and in neutral grounds as long as no teams can be relegated.
They say they are also in favour of 2 or 3 clubs being promoted to increase the PL next season.
They are just a bunch of greedy bastards, what is the point of finishing the season if there is no relegation?
Also, I thought they played too many games anyway, but now, they are quite happy to let 3 more clubs in and reap the financial rewards. As I say they are just a bunch of self centre greedy bastards.I’m with donny on this. finish the season now, and start again when it is safe to do so. If that means August, September, November or even the new year, then so be it.
C’mon FA, don’t be a spineless bunch of gits too scared to upset the big boys. Get the season finished and put everyone out of their misery and allow them to start planning for the next campaign.
4 May 2020 at 2:49 am #186113Fuckin Brighton shittin themselves in case they go down. Soft bastards. Either finish it proper or don’t bother. Like anyone gives a fuck. Games with no fans are meaningless.
4 May 2020 at 3:51 am #186114I have to agree with them with regards to neutral venues
4 May 2020 at 1:13 pm #186115I find the whole idea an insult to be honest. The effort involved to get 20 teams together to finish the season in a neutral venue whilst people continue to suffer in the real world. But then to say there will be no relegation. Seriously the games serve no purpose at all then. Liverpool have won the league so why bother?

If they play the games, then relagation should happen no matter what. What difference does a neutral ground make anyway with no fans in?
Or just don’t play them, and start a fresh when its safe, with the season nullified.5 May 2020 at 12:39 pm #186126I dont work for the NHS, but I am a care worker. Everyday I go to work, I wonder if it could be my last. The current situation shows what is absolutely wrong with football full stop. People dying everyday as well as those risking their lives. Is football so exempt from the real world?
That infamous quote about football being more impotent than life & death – is it fook!
Scrap the entire season now & put peoples lives first.
8 May 2020 at 6:18 pm #186148just finish the season when fans are allowed back in.
