I live on a busy road in one of Wigans `posher areas`(not braggin like)
Anyroad, last year between 21 Dec and 8 Jan the road was sheet ice.I read in t`Observer and t`Reporter that my road had been gritted on the 21st,23rd,28th,30th,4th,5th,6th,7th,8th….I emailed t`council and called them lying b@st@rds,as the road hadnt been gritted at all between these dates.

        They didnt reply!…………I love `new Labour`!!
