What are the odds that Wigan council get surprised by the ice and snow this year and fail to grit the roads again???

Anyroad,last year between 21 Dec and 8 Jan the road was sheet ice.I read in t`Observer and t`Reporter that my road had been gritted on the 21st,23rd,28th,30th,4th,5th,6th,7th,8th….I emailed t`council and called them lying b@st@rds,as the road hadnt been gritted at all between these dates.They didnt reply!…………I love `new Labour`!!
