Guess the Gate Competition 2022/23
Due to the International break and away fixtures we don’t have a home game until Saturday 8th October, quickly followed by the previously postponed Blackburn Rovers match on Tuesday 11th October. (The previous predictions for this match have been saved, but it will reopen after the Cardiff game on the 8th October for anyone else wishing to predict.)

This competion is in serious jeopardy and may fold if no one comes forward soon.If none of you can be bothered to help out for a couple of weeks then I ams starting to think ‘why the fuck should I bother’
If it hadn’t been for Frank Bullitt last season and Arthur-Itis this season, both from the other site, this competition would have folded long ago.If nothing else, can one of you at least post a message on the other site and ask if anyone over there can help out.

Cheers alharry, but it is the Cardiff and Blackburn games that I need help with. Athur_Itis is on holiday at present so no post are going on Laticsspeyk about the comp.
Its a sad day at Horc Towers as its looking more and more likely that the Guess the Gate Competition is drawing to a close.
After filling 259 pages with 3870 posts dating back to 08/02/2018 it appears no-one can be arsed to spare a few minutes to help out for a few days.
Who knows, it could also signal the end for the ‘CockneyLatic’ fanzine as without the posts on the Guess the Gate competition, theres has been very little traffic for quite some time.
I’ll give it a day or so until after the Rotherham match, and make a final decision shortly.
I sincerely hope someone comes forward, but it is looking increasingly likely that’s not going to happen and the end is nigh.
It’s on there now Horc. I am out of the country at the moment and won’t be able to update it regularly until Wednesday but it’s been advertised and I’ll try and do another copy and paste in a couple of days.

Put your fucking handbag away you tart, I have done nothing but praise and thank you and Arthur for all the hard work you have done helping out with the competition over the last 12 months.
Thankfully Mutty and alharry earlier in the week came forward and I have thanked them both also.
I know you have had your differences with Mutts, but why that should turn you so agressive with me, I’ll never know. I thought we got along okay.
