Could be, I remember a few years back fat Sam saying he geared training to suit certain players that were prone to a certain type of injury.
I’m sure we’ve sports science guys at the club who know all this and players who suffer from muscle injuries are closely monitored.
This might sound like a load of testicles but warming up is a massive part especially coming off the bench late on. Didn’t Grigg do his hamstring coming on in an international with 5 to go ?.
This might not go down well because our thugby tenants use it but the best warm up is an exercise bike on the touch line or just in the tunnel, this would benefit no end.
