Yes, would have settled for a point before start of play.
Stopped the rot of away defeats following on from Tuesday’s win.
Time to regroup over the international break and a very winnable ( :S ) home game next.
Happy with a point?? ….. blinkin delighted. Chuffed to bits. Over the moon. Imagine how I’d be if we’d had 3!! 1 is better than none. Well done guys, and well done defence. Just hacked orf I didn’t go. But I’m the jinx, and if I’d gone, we’d have lost …… so I want some credit as well.
I wouldn’t go that far Rich, it was a decent performance but not great.
It was Brentford we played not Bayern!
Fuck the EFL
Very happy – they were fifth and scoring goals for fun. The defence looked solid and Yanic and Powell caused Brentford problems once they started to tire. Only Gomez and Jacobs looked a bit out of sorts.
