Absenteeism is twice the national average, with Heinz running whilst10% of their staff are `on sickie`,
Now Im not avin it that out of 1200 workers there are regularly 120 off `ill`.
The majority are skiving gets, you can guarantee if you checked their records it would be the same people always `off sick`!……
Heinz should sack the lazy gets and reward the hard workers with a yearly attendance bonus!

Although I don’t see the point in your post. It is so true. A lot of them are agency workers and all of them are lazy gits! They recruit people from the job centre. Worst thing is, for a less than medial job the pay isn’t that bad. Should get better staff. Saying that, I do not care :D

Get a grip. Don’t go down King st. My money will be going towards new place with my maude.. Also we do ACTUALLY help people with their debts, its a good offer that we give. How can helping people not lose their houses, stopping bailiffs entering their property and stopping them going bankrupt by offering them the chance to pay it monthly be ‘misery’?. You just don’t have a clue what you are talking about.. On the jobcentre topic, any of you been in there? seen the people? all scatty chavs that wouldn’t take the job if offered, just wanna get their 50 quid a fortnight or whatever!

16 January 2011 at 4:39 pm #55707James takes his first call of the day ….” Hello can I help you to sell your soul to the Devil for 60 easy monthly payments ! ” ;)Genuinely help these people out, stop them losing their homes and what not and also, them payday loans where you get charged £25 interest for every 100 you take out, we stop all that interest too.. NOT a bad service. There is also no set amount of monthly payment… facts right Filmoss ;) .. If I was in debt or if I ever took out a payday loan, I would be going on a debt management plan myself :)
16 January 2011 at 7:08 pm #55722`maude`….ffs man get a grip!
