I’ve been trying to renew on-line for a few days now, everytime i click on the box SEASON TICKET RENEWAL
nothing happens. is there a problem with the site or is it because i’m tech dopey
many thanksReading the latics pages on Facebook, there seems to be problems trying to renew online. I’m going to phone the ticket office tomorrow or Wednesday & renew that way. I’m no techno whizzkid either. You aren’t on your own.
I renewed online no problem but my mate couldn’t do it on his phone. I think its something to do with the Java script. I did he’s on my phone, took literally a couple of minutes.

I rang at 9-00 am last Friday and had to hang on for 25 minutes listening to some awful tune, no indication of where I was in the queue. Anyway eventually got it sorted.
That tune is bloody awful, should have some Northern Soul on.

Yeah I did, I opted online to credit the next season that never was
I have just tried again online. still no joy, so i phoned the ticket office, got through
straight away renewed no problem. about five minuits from dialing to completed.
up the tics. Got my season tickets sorted and I was really impressed at how helpful the service was from the office.
I renewed mine today over the phone. They asked me if I took out the offer of watching the games on latics TV. I said no I asked for money off the next season tickets. The woman on the phone mentioned something about being in credit, yet still took £299 for mine & £89 for my sons (under 18 ticket).
