Doris interview on Talksport yesterday. He said that RL was a tiny sport that was punching above its weight !! He also mentioned the Grand Final saying that it was a day for ALL RL fans and not just the 2 sides playing ! At the end of the day the man is after making a bit of money and there aint no money in RL so a move to a little club in the Championship is a better financial prospect as a chairman. All the changes in RL like stupid play offs etc are all designed to save a struggling sport and also wage capping could NOT work in football were 2 other subjects he touched on ! Sounds to me like the sport of RL is nearing its death knell especially when rats like Doris are jumping ship ! :o
