I wouldn’t say that he was being complacent !I agree fil, Arsenal should win and shouldn’t be afraid of us. We certainly wont be afraid of them don’t see what he has said out of turn.
He’s an eighteen year old who was born in Stuttgart.
I wonder if he knows where Wigan is.
He’s hardly a regular in the Arsenal first team.
But he does appear to be talented.
I really didn’t want to bring this up but according to that report we are “title” holders. :ohmy:

So what if he’s 18, not a regular, never heard of Wigan and interviewed by a minor website? If he’s giving that sort of public opinion, imagine what the rest of the squad are thinking

Who said anything about accepting defeat ? The young lad just came out with the usual stuff that would be expected of any opposing player prior to a game. He said that it is going to be tough but if they play their usual game they should win etc etc ! What did you expect him to say?
