Imagine the faces on the F.A wan***s sat in the posh seats at wembley if we get to their prestigious global FA Cup Final………although saying that, they will probably swerve us and millwall and attend the much more glamorous and debt ridden playstation game on sunday between 2 teams that have COMPLETELY lost track with what football is actually about

what’s happened to the countries fixation with the “david beating goliath” attitude and supporting the underdog against the big boy????????

2 “unfashionable” teams like us and millwwall deserve all the plaudits from all corners…….people see the “big” teams more or less every frigging week on the sky megalomaniac money greed channel…..why do they feel the need to see them again in a competition which is all about the smaller teams realizing their dreams………..where’s the spirit of the FA Cup gone to among’st “modern day fans”

Is Alan Pardew a scouser? He’s just been on SSN STILL going on about the challengs. Apparently nor Wigan or Callum have apologised.

              EGG,

Have you viewed the clip I posted above? Anybody who watches that a few times and assesses the footage should be able to see that there is nothing to apologize for. What next? A ‘Justice for the knee’ campaign from the Geordies?

Fact 1. Callum McManaman made contact with the ball. Twice. Firstly his swinging right foot, although he almost completely missed the ball. And then his slipping left foot also made contact with the ball.

Fact 2. Note in the footage his nearest team-mate in the background. He clearly see’s nothing wrong and is clearly playing on.

Fact 3. Callum’s sliding left foot made it all that much worse. But his motion and momentum left him with no choice other than a collision.

At the end of the day, had the tackle been done by a player from say, United, Liverpool, City, Arsenal, Chelsea, etc, would the Geordies have made such a big thing of it? Or did they think they could ‘bully’ little Wigan? I think so.

Except our chairman, manager, and to a lesser extent our supporters, have not let that happen. The newspapers (The Mirror especially) continually showed that ‘cropped’ picture that basically portrayed McManaman as a bit of a psycho. Not one journalist tried to actually analize the footage and get to the root of it. Instead they just chose to condemn him and stir up a ‘frenzy’, the lazy bastards. Lazy bastard journalists who are a disgrace to their profession. They are supposed to be impartial and give a measured view. But they didn’t. It’s all about controversy and drama. Because they are shit at their jobs, probably.

Just keep doing what we are doing….it’s clearly winding up the media/FA/whopper modern day fans/big clubs etc…….the slightest little thing that happens with our club they will magnify it ten fold because it’s another stick to beat us with…….

One of many reasons why i want the premier league to implode and start again with restrictions in place with regards to wages/finances etc….we will all be on a level playing field then and i fancy us to finish a lot higher when playing on a level field

How can a club that gets less gates than us, have a higher wage bill than a club that get’s 52k on every week!!!!!…..madness
