Swansea are doing very, very well at the monent. A joy to watch. A tribute to the brand of football they have been playing for the past few years under this, and previous, coaches.

The way they are performing reminds me of Wigan when we first got in to the Premier League. And Reading. And Hull. And Burnley. And Blackpool. They all fell away after one, two seasons at most, of course. Apart from Wigan of course, who have done six full seasons now, including 2 and a bit under the present coach.

After watching that inept, lackluster, mistake ridden performance swansea just put in against arsenal, he must be devastated he let martinez go to wigan for £3 million.

but didnt we beat arsenal 3-2 after being 2-0 down granted it wasnt this season so whats your point, and before you start ranting we got tonked by them fair doos but we got a draw against chelski and they got tonked and i will say it again i am not a bobby luvie but i want him to do well for us
We all want him to do well for us but it ain’t working at the moment.
With mediocre players, a rookie manager, 2nd rate coaches, and a Chairman who doesn’t seem bothered anymore, what do we all expect.
So how long do you give a manager. We are not manure but when they oppointed fergie it was 3yrs before they won anything and even then the fans wanted him out but they stuck with him

If I could see a side coming together, that better days were just round the corner then I would say stick with Bob. But we are not getting better things are not improving and he has dished up the best part of two and a half years of shite. Look at the crowd tonight or should I say lack of a crowd, people have made up their own minds about Bob.

It’s time for him to do us all a favour and fook off.

There would have been alot more on if people actually thought we had a chance of winning. If Whelan opened the doors and let people in for free we wont fill the ground because people will not go and see them lose every week.

Sorry Hindley, I disagree with the crowds argument. Yes there are some who are staying away on principle, however, crowds dropped for the start of the second season despite us finishing tenth.

If it was free, people would turn up. It’s not, so they don’t. A lot of Wiganners are fickle and tight.

Obviously more people would turn up but that was not what I posted, I said we would not fill the ground as we get beat every week.

the difference is with ferguson manure had won nothing for ages prior to his appointment except for a couple of cup finals, in his first 3 years the club had improved, it was just a matter of impatience and the desperation to win a trophy, it was not at all like martinez wher ethe club under him is going backwards.

So exactly what do you expect Bobbie to win in the next few years your argument is flawed comparing Fergie with Bobbie

I dont know why i bother with you really but here goes-

I wasnt comparing ferguson with martinez you plank – the other bloke(aceface) was saying ferguson was given 3 years before he got it right – suggesting martinez needs longer and things will come good – as most supporters of martinez seem to think – my argument was in that first 3 years ferguson had moved manchester united forward and improved them and the only problem was impatience for a trophy – whereas in many peoples opinion including both mine and some who once supported him is martinez has taken us backwards.
Now you could say that is opinion, but it is a fact and the league tables, goals F/A columns and just by watching shows this to be so.

Because you like lording it over people who have a differant opinion to you

because you tend to dissapear every so often mainly when performances are on the up

and above all else you like to put a dampner on things

                    maybe you have a phobia

LMB not much improvement there apart from 87-88, i am not compareing fergie with bobby but the point i am trying to make is its so easy to get shut of the manager just like manure may have done with fergie but they stuck with him.SO HOW LONG DO YOU GIVE A MANAGER ?

Bob has had more than enough time to implement his footballing ideals on our club and it quite simply has not worked.
