It’s hardly as though today was a one-off though is it Galactic? One win at home since August says it all!
I couldn’t understand the booing when Figgy was taken off though. He’d had a shocker until that point – I’d lost count of the number of times he’d been left for dead off a simple one-two. Taking him off was the only decision Bob got right.

If you are saying you are ashamed of being a Wigan Athletic supporter then you need to give your head a shake, or maybe go and support a bigger club who win more games.

I’ll support the club through thick and thin Standish. The players on the pitch represent Wigan Athletic so yes, I was ashamed to say I support them today.

Lets see then – the manager goes without saying, should have been sacked a long, long time ago, he is by far the worst manager this club as ever had and I include as I have before kenny swain,who had finacial constraints worse than anyone before or since
I’ve had a dig at players, but came to realise and accept that as others had pointed out to me it wasn’t their fault because they aren’t good enough, and sometimes out of frustration I still do, which is wrong and I honestly try not to, although I make exception for moses who is just bone idol, both in mind and play and as with any player I feel has a high skill level I will not except poor thought process or effort. Good god brazils 1970 world cup team, probably the best ever, would have struggled with martinez at the helm.Now search all the archives of the the two forums I post on and tell me where you see any objection to Whelans handling or input into this club, you wont find any, as for the lightside, you are the epitomy of the lightside, totally intolerant of anyone who dares to differ from your views and savage in your treatment of them.
This manager is on borrowed time and you lot still wont except how poor he always has been and have used every excuse under the sun to defend his ineptitude, and as someone on another forum has pointed out tonight the lack of funds, and lesser quality of players has been blown out of the water by swansea today, they totally outplayed us and have spent less than a third of the 32+ million martinez has with us and there lesser quality players didn’t seem to struggle with a pass and move game.
Oh and I still stick by what I say, the booing of Gomez was a disgrace that brought shame on us all and believe me it wasn’t the darkside unless they have grown into a very, very big voice now.
