It will also save wear and tear on OUR pitch…having 26 players all above 17 stone wrestling on the floor on it can’t be good for the conditioning of the pitch….i don’t care what anybody says, the rugby league club DO ruin the pitch…they have more players on the pitch, heavy players on the pitch, and they all wrestle on the floor (a bit like bulldog in a play ground)………..widnes “i-pitch” will suit them nicely ;) ;)

The rugby league club have a place (Scholes,Ince,Whelley,Hindley) and I seem to remember their attitude back in the 90s towards us Little Latics.The tables are turned and we waited a very long time to get our own back.:woohoo:
