Amazing that in one of the most if not the most important periods in our Premier League history the same tired faces feel the need to take one line out of context and put a negative spin on what is a fair comment by a manager who has been loyal to the Wigan Athletic cause to no end.
We have already qualified for Europe, we are potentially 90 minutes away from winning the FA Cup and we are by absolutely no means relegated and have everything left to play for.
I feel sorry for people who cant get behind their team in such a situation.

Wasn’t it around this time last season, no in fact, it would’ve been earlier, because he was sacked by now, that Wolves boss Mick McCarthy came out with the comment that his team were, and I quote, “in shit street, Arizona”?
Whilst one can admire his brutal honesty, if RM did similar it wouldn’t do the players morale any good at all. And besides, we’re not quite at that point yet….we’re more like Trouble Street, Arkansas. :-D
