Scotland off for Gomez??????????Sack this manager good God almighty!!!!
Just got back, Woeful again. We have to be going down. Martinez has not got a bloody clueNot a chance. Best thing happened to Latics this year was Burnley giving Laws a job.
Pompey are already down and ‘Irish’ Mick is doing a sterling job of keeping Wolves right in the brown stuff.We seem to have lost our way when McCarthy went off. Overall, a scrappy game. I did note that we can’t seem to find a pass or do simple things.
I know I am going to get shot down for this but I thought Scotland played well.
We moved from 442 to 4321 after McCarthy went off. I would have like to have seen Watson/Gomez come on for McCarthy and Victor alongside Scotland taking Rodders off….

Scotland was ok, Not half as bad as some others, We lost our shape when he was replaced. He just wont run at a player, He runs the 10 yards, stops when he is approached and then waits for a sideways or backwards pass, Still nowhere near good enough though, As is half of the team. Uncle Dave must spend money in the summer if we stay up because we will be severely battered and embarrased next season.
Not 100% sure, but i think Mcarthy took a knock, but have to agree with most comments. Thought Scotland was having a great game,was holding the ball up well,taking 3 defenders out of position regularly and providing decent passes. Dont understand why he was brought off.

Home now and seriously fed up.
First half we were awesome, even had some fans luaghing at Stoke as we were just so much on top, a different class.
Bramble was awesome, Charles was awaesome, Scharner was awesome and I have to admit, Jason Scotland had a cracker with only luck preventing him scoring.
Start of second half and the rumours began, ‘he’s bringing Moses on.’
No one could believe when he brought Gomez on, took Scotland off, put Rodallega on his own up front and Moses never even got 5 mins.
Then his next sub, he takes Diame off! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m fed up with this manager, he just hasn’t a clue at all.

Scotland without doubt had a good game tonight held the ball well,brought others into the game and had a couple of half chances.But to bring him off for Gomez was the worst decision that could have been made.We stopped attacking and lost control of midfield.In the end we hung on but should have been safe by this time.
