What a crap selection for an home game. Whatever happened to our brief flutter with three at the back and making better use of McClean and two strikers? Wednesday was abysmal, boring and like watching porridge set so we keep things the same but swap Massey for Edwards FFS!
Now even if we have to live with this one up top nonsense at least make it Humphs then Langy could stay in position. He was set up to fail on Wednesday.
Thought Cook had gone with his bore tactics. Sure he must be still pulling some strings.
Another boring performance playing 4 at the back. Why Thelo wasn’t used beggar’s belief in a game that was there for the taking.
Richardson needs to grow some and be braver without been reckless. Bringing on Aasgaard would have injected the skill factor rather than 2 work horses in Naylor and Power.
The officials were the worse I’ve seen at the DW in a long time and are clearly not of a standard needed for League One

Don’t quite agree with you CW.
It was hardly boring, since we played some good attacking moves and had a legit goal chalked off. Have to agree that we should have introduced Thelo for the last 20 / 30 mins. IMO Massey is history and we should let him go in the window before his contract expires; and concentrate on our young stars instead.
Hopefully our strategy for the window will be to find some experience to get us over the line, rather than a punt for the future.
Edwards is marginally better than Massey, both are not good enough.
From what I have heard, we might be seeing even less of Jones in the new year than we have so far, but he has shown very little when he hashad a chance.
Aasgard is twice the player than any of the above, it just might be that the experience of the other three have, is what Leam is looking for, and that should give them more all round ability.
They are obviously aren’t showing this and are letting their manager, team mates and us fans down every time they run out with our shirt on.
I am sure Leam has seen this recently and will act on it soon.
I think there could be some goings and comings in January, its only two weeks away now and Leam will have quite clearly seen where we need a bit more strength.
