FYI If your buying on line and looking to print at home, there’s a system fault whereas it takes payment and doesn’t send you the ticket – just happened to me, called the office and they know of the issue and will send it to you or pick up from the office

You pay
you get the payment received email
no e tickets arrive in your emailLatics just kept saying “Check your junk” I said, “How will doing a Michael Jackson impression help me get my tickets ??”
Being a ST holder it’s rare I buy tickets but in the cup games last year when I did I got the e-mail no worries and the same with the rugby last week (same system)
Perhaps an issue with the e-mail provider or how your filters are setup?
If it was an actual issue it would be affecting everyone but it just seems to be certain people (which is usually why they are less reluctant to fix it as it could cause wider issues that then do affect everyone)
I have the same experience egg, always works when I do it, it is rare though as I have season tickets
Probably a mixture of issues. The lady explained to me that they are aware of the issue straight away, never asked to check my junk/spam filters etc, however if this problem happens now and again could be that those who never had a problem never booked whilst they had the system issue, or that some peoples junk/spam filters picked it up when they didnt have the system issue .. if you know what i mean
