Between winning and losing, Latics will be fine this season, we are so close to getting back on track, one win will set us on our way”

It’s a very fine line between winning and losing,

agreed, we could easily have had at least a point from each of our last 7 games

Latics will be fine this season,

seems a little optimistic even to optimists like myself

I heard a whisper he still sees 42 points as an achievable target. It seems an awful long way away at the moment.

Martinez strikes me as being the type of person who could be stood at Mt.Everest base camp and see Mt.Snowden and the mountain railway in front of him.
My problem with that is, I can see the 11 helpers he has to help him and they certainly dont look like the ‘sherpa’s’ needed for the rocky climb ahead.

trouble is griff – edmund ‘martinez’ hillary engaged most of them, filled their rucksacks with provisions and provided the maps to guide them along the route.
