Gary Caldwell for me too, by a mile. Not just for the way he’s played recently but for his leadership and organisation on the pitch. Superb captain both on and off the field. Well done.
A lot of the credit for Caldwells award has to go to Alcaraz,Figs and Bob and the new system.
He is a totally different player than earlier in the season.
His leadership and commitment have never been in doubt, but the way we are set up at the moment has given a new dimension to the way he plays.
Another award should have gone his way too, ‘Most improved player of the year’
Well done Gary Caldwell, well deserved.Probably the most improved player this season and has lead the team superbly through its hardest ever season for many many years.
I also liked his modesty on monday when he talked down the survival escape and said it wasnt good enough.
Well done Gary,well deserved from january :P
