It’s STILL well within our own hands – If we’re good enough we WILL stay up. Our team knows what they need to do. ……I,m a believer!

Correct. It’s not over until it’s over and as fans of WAFC we should be well aware of that:

It’s not in our own hands really.

We could win our next 3 or 4….but so could Villa, so it wouldn’t matter.

We have to win games to have a chance.

Not sure if anyone has told you this but we play Villa on the last day ;)

We win that and our game in hand and we’re above them (even more so if we get more points than them from the other two games). Basically, if we win our remaining games then Villa CANNOT catch us. Thus – it is in our hands.

win sat and just one of the 3 above lose (preferable all 3), and we are well on our way to staying up……..although i do see that it could be an 8 point gap if we lose and the 3 win

WE WILL BEAT WBA………enough of the stupid tika taka shite inside our penalty box….spurs should not have been gifted 2 goals against us

Don’t be sarky, Conroy. Thas a rugby mon really….and we all know it. ;)

Of course I know we play Villa on the last day, it’s all everybody is friggin going on about! Why? When in all reality it will all be done and dusted by then.

I don’t think we will win at West Brom, not saying we’ll lose, but I just don’t think we’ll win. I’m going off how they beat us with ease earlier on in the season, and how they demolished Southampton last weekend. So a draw would leave us either 4, 5, or 7 points behind Villa, depending if they lose, draw or win.

I think we will beat Swansea, in our extra game. That would leave us either 1, 2 or 4 points behind them, using the theory of above.

It’s a bit like running up an escalator. I really think our destiny will be decided at the Emirates, rather than the last home game.

for all you doom mongers, we could be officially relegated before the final…..if we lose both games and all 3 teams pick up a win

can you honestly see toon or s’land getting a win in their next 3 games, baring in mind they way they were both demolished over the w/end…..i honestly can’t…maybe a draw but no more

                    w/ham v toon – 2-0
                    toon v ars – 0-3
                    qpr v toon 1-1

that puts them on 38…with a shite g/diff

i thin we will beat wba & swans, lose to arsenal…..draw with villa 39 points….stay up by a point (is 7 points out of 12 that much to ask)?????
