Maribor’s number 14. Looked a bit of a handful last night and head and shoulders above the rest of their team. Googled him and his career thus far suggests he ain’t that good. He looked half decent to me and bust a gut for ’em.

I thought the same thing, he won his fair share of headers against Barnett, which is no mean thing and had a real turn of foot.
As you say for a 26 year old, his career is peesh poor having played only 74 games.
He has a decent record for his current team with 6 goals in 10 games, but he is either extremely injury prone, or is generally shyte really. :ohmy:

Well it’s 2-2 on this thread and I maintain he didn’t look half bad, no world beater but let’s just say I’d start with him before Grant Holt.
Tez, Tavares would have been better placed sticking with doing harmonies on ‘Heaven Must Be Missing An Angel’ than charading as a footballer last night. Even his finish had something schoolyard about it :)
