Is he an England junior or a Scotland junior?

Apparently he made his Scotland U17’s debut in August.

And then played for England in September.

And was also an unused substitute again against USA for England this week.

I know if go to school in England and you play for England Schoolboys you can go on to play for your country of birth (ala Ryan Giggs), but I’m not sure at this level.

It’s all very strange. Many Scots, Irish, Northern Irish and Welsh players take the option all though they’re really English. Will Grigg for one. Face it,they’ll win FA with England so they may as well grab a few caps to go ont mantle piece with their Auto Windscreen and League One winners medals.
Good luck to Jensen whichever way he goes.

His second name is certainly Scottish. Maybe his mum has won him over

There are certainley some exciting young prospects coming through, I just hope we start to give these youngsters a chance.
Hopefully with the promised investment in youth from the new owners more rising young stars will make it through to the first team.

Geldhart is still young so can understand why we’ve not seen him in the league yet. Hoping he gets a chance this season though horc.

He’s the son of David Weir – ex Everton, Rangers and Scotland captain.

Both parents are Scottish but he’s lived all his life in Cheshire.

I didn’t do a background on him Standish and took a flyer with my comment.
Kids generally tend to sway the way of their parents so fair play to him. Hope he’s good enough.

Whoa back jimmy lad lol my dad was dropped on his head at some point whilst young coz he was a nut hugger lol. Me and him couldn’t have been more different if we tried. He never went to a football game in his life and I would rather poke cocktail sticks in my eyeballs than watch any kind of egg cloddin. I’m sure glad I didn’t sway the way of my old Mon. Look at what I would have missed out on if I had not been a tic. COYL
