I think it’s a tough call for Roberto who to play. Joel’s been excellent in all the games he’s played for us, with the exception of the horrendous misunderstanding with Figueroa yesterday.
It might be a good to share the goalkeeping duties given the amount of games between now and the end of the season.
Figs and Alcaraz both out; stick with one, can’t afford to f#uk around with goalies as well. life’s currently difficult enough as it is, why complicate things further ?
I don’t think there is much to choose between them. Confidence may be the deciding factor. I’m happy to stick with Robles, as the keeper currently in the team.
Pollitt played in the cup tie against Bournemouth, but was injured in the replay, when he was replaced by Al Habsi. Robles played in subsequent rounds, until the semi-final.
Martinez gave Al Habsi an appearance at Wembley in the semi-final. I think Martinez may select him for the final too.

I think he meant it as a joke JPC!
Very difficult decision,Joel is miles better than Ali with his distribution normally and that sits in with a total football situation!
Didn’t like the way he punched twice yesterday ,once when it was easier to catch.
I think Ali is slightly the better shot stopper, but I think Joels work is better for the team!
Head and heart come too mind, so even though you love someone and remain loyal too them tough times you must always go with your head as that decision has been thought about in detail with the correct result being achieved.(remember 1990 fa cup final replay man u v palace sealey v leighton)it has to be jole!jole!jole! For the final please.
