As each game slips through our fingers the closer we get to the drop. Every game we draw or lose is one less game to recover points from. I’m sorry Joyce I’m abit lost with your newspaper article, so your saying that only a possible 2 out the 14 Jan signed players are good enough right now to play in the Championship and the rest are not ? and the point of siging them while in a relegation battle is ??. they all been sat in a onesies stuffing their faces sat on a PS4 since God knows when.
No wonder Yanic wanted out, I can see why
24 February 2017 at 5:10 pm #155827Too right !!.Does that include Colclough?.Highly rated before we resigned him to getting arse splinters.
24 February 2017 at 5:23 pm #155829I got the impression most of those signed where signed with division 1 in mind but what do i know ;)
24 February 2017 at 7:40 pm #155834Not many will be signed for league 1. All the loanies will be back at their parent clubs next season in their onesies.
25 February 2017 at 1:01 am #155850I’m just mystified as the huge turn around of players every transfer window, quantity over quality.
Surely it would be better 2-3-4 in same out and give them more time on the pitch. One other thing I’ve noticed over the past 12-18 month. The players we actually spend money on are the ones first ones to be loaned out and replaced with…yes loanees, weres the sense in that ?.25 February 2017 at 1:45 am #155851I’m just mystified as the huge turn around of players every transfer window, quantity over quality.

That’s why we’re fighting relegation.
25 February 2017 at 2:14 am #155860What happened to all the wonder kids Yootha was supposed to be bringing in from ManUre?
Not seen it but apparantly Billy Mckay scored a good one tonight. Must admit I had to look it up to confirm he is still on our books.

Overhead kick, belter!
:)25 February 2017 at 4:48 pm #155880If we had kept the same squad including the loanies that ended last season and played the same faster tempo passing game I couldn’t possibly have seen us in such a dire state and position as we are in at the moment.
25 February 2017 at 11:01 pm #155899I totally agree Donny
27 February 2017 at 12:07 pm #155992He gave Mandron his chance and under the circumstance (no width no attacking midfielders) I thought in the early stages of the game they worked well together.
Then, the madness of Joyce once more takes over were Obertan plays up front and when a goal is desperately needed removes Bogle to save him (a full 7minutes) and then brings Grigg on.
It’s obvious Joyce doesn’t like:-
Attacking midfielders prefers grafters over any kind of skill factor,
All wingers are secret cupboard strikers, Yanic, Powell, Obertan
He thinks if you win the midfield battle you win the game, wrong,
Doesn’t like wingers,
Prefers 1 forward at a time on the pitch,
Not to lose over let’s go and win this,
Doesn’t know when and who to sub when a goal is needed,
Combine all these and it’s a recipe for disaster.
Let’s see how the vengaboys do this Saturday and if getting shut of Coyle pays off.27 February 2017 at 1:02 pm #155994I would agree with all of the above. I thought Saturday would be the kick start in getting quite a few points over the coming 5 games.
I was wrong the next 5 games could easily see us down, doing what we did (again) on Saturday. -
