I sometimes wonder if people on here live in an alternate reality as I seem to see things completely different to them…
He also seems to have lost the ability to pick a pass. When he first came thought he may not be as good as Moses but he seemed to have an end product which Vic more often than not didn’t.

He is one of the best short passers of the ball in the team he constantly receives the ball further back and lays off in a good position so he can advance forward its one the things I have been most impressed with in his time here.

Erm the blatantly obvious non pass which would have put Stam clean through
I like Gomez but that is a man who has mislaid a lot of passes this season.

Erm were did I mention missing through balls? I was saying how good he was in the early games, set up Franco for all his goals. HE PICKED A PASS, lately he has tried speculative shots when better options available.
What do you want him to do play a through ball to himself run onto it and score?

Also I would like to see another striker come in January either on loan or a purchase ! The Utd guy I mentioned looks a good loan prospect and will hopefully start banging a few in !

In my opinion he would be better off in the Championship if RM doesn’t utilise the situation. The whole idea of him going out on loan is to get matches under his belt ! Don’t get me wrong, I would love him to be given the chance, after all age doesn’t seem to be a problem in the top flight these days ! At the end of the day he cant be any worse than the strikers we are currently lumbered with can he !

Don’t know for sure, obviously. Just my guess, and I can’t see anyone coming in for Boselli.

Agreed, but his decision-making yesterday at one or the other critical moment was not spot-on …costly, in fact (first 15 / R Stam)[/quote]

Let’s be honest, our play under bob doesn’t exactly bring the best out in strikers. None get plenty of balls played to them in the box or good crosses put into the box so they can get a head on it. We are so one dimensional.
For me Kone has to come deep looking for the ball which detracts him from his stiker roll.
Doesn’t matter who we have up front, our approach play needs to change in the final third of the pitch if we want more goals / attempts on target.can you actually see him getting a game with Bob,think Sinclair Cleverley,and now Ryo.Cleverley played 24 games for us and Ryo’s been injured for months.
