Good business
8 July 2013 at 7:00 pm #117523not really fussed
just another chimbonda ,hope he ends up on same path as well8 July 2013 at 7:01 pm #117524I bet Maloney is seething he signed a new contract half way through last season or he could have been off to Everton for a pittance of what he is worth to us.
Just hope if he does stay we can keep him happy enough to keep up his level of performance and Coyle doesn’t lump him out on the left wing.
8 July 2013 at 7:25 pm #117526hope i am right on this
but i see maloney as giving the club a bit more respect due to us kick starting his career again
only way he will leave is if their is a offer that whelan will love in his bank
unlike the south americans and spanish and africans who jumped ship with that 2hat waiter
oh nearly forgot also our shyte coaching staff jones and co8 July 2013 at 7:56 pm #117528Nothing like a bit of casual racism to degrade what is essentially a person moving from one job to a better one.
8 July 2013 at 8:38 pm #117529Seriously, who can blame him for wanting to stay in the Premier League? Good luck to him. I sencerely wish him well.
8 July 2013 at 8:42 pm #117530bet you really do sincerely as well ;)

Chimbonda did have his moments on the pitch – and was named as right back in the PFA Team of the Year for the 2005–06 season.
He came from Guadeloupe – in the West Indies – and is available on a free transfer after leaving Doncaster. Would you…No, perhaps not.

More money? Premiership football?
I don’t see Everton offering anything more than the two suggestions I’ve stated.
9 July 2013 at 9:13 am #117571Better players
Better training ground
Bigger games
Bigger transfers
Bigger crowds
Worse ground – for fansLonger history
More Championships
More FA Cups
More Charity Shields
More European trophies
Fewer promotions9 July 2013 at 10:09 pm #117590If Everton have actually forked out £5m for Kone then in my opinion they have been done ! Good business indeed !
10 July 2013 at 2:10 am #117616If Everton have actually forked out £5m for Kone then in my opinion they have been done ! Good business indeed !disagree given that he averaged a goal every three games for us and Carroll at West Drab cost 17 million and returned less than one in three ????
I’d value him at about 11 million at least if you talk about a goal being woth a million in the premier league- I liked him and am gutted he has left although I’m sure a bit of bench warming might be the order next season”10 July 2013 at 2:18 am #117617If Everton have actually forked out £5m for Kone then in my opinion they have been done !
