You have to ask yourself 6 buyers then 2 then 3 then 4 ?. For some reason interested parties come and go and spend week after week negotiating I’ll explain why:

Admin move the goals at every opportunity by selling assets while negotiations are ongoing,
Selling everything for a fraction of the cost and some to friends so at the end of the day we still have debt,
Then the remark “You can’t force them”. Wouldnt it have been better selling Christopher park and Sharpies rather than Euxton ?.This lot are in it for themselves. There not here out the goodness of their hearts there here to make as much money as possible it’s a thriving business never forget that.
The final one large asset they need to collect their fat check cost from is the sale of the ground so this is why they are holding out.And the one utter fcukin bullshit load of bollocks statement is:
“The ground is worth £10million of anyones”
This just highlights how pig sh#t thick the Krasner crew are unbelievably numb in the head. £10 million to who ? What and who would buy it on it’s own at £10 million, Barnsley pmsl ?, what would you do with it?, would you be allowed to do anything with it ? Covenants, building restrictions, change of use, knock it down after paying an make believe price of £10 million what an utter fcukin pile of crap statement that is.
Krasner, it’s a fcuking stadium used for 2 sporting codes from Wigan. Its value is only in what you can do with it and at the moment nothing you try get £10 million for it. You are talking utter bollocks. It’s not commercial building you can flip.It’s the last one large asset that is basically unsellable that’s unless you are Wigan Athletic or Wigan Rugby.
They are playing devils advocate at the expense of our club and if all interested parties walk away which is highly probable it will be because they are not willing to negotiate the sale price of the ground, training ground, and Sharpies in fear they won’t get paid.
If we go under at this stage Administrators will be the sole reason why forcing buyers to move on.
I’ve said it from day one, they are nothing more than vultures picking away till they get fed and fat then drop us in the river to float away forever.

Wages, general running costs.
The actual costs to run the club are eye watering.
How the fcuk can they put a valuation on such a niche unique item ??. It’s purpose is a sports venue you can’t put up partitioning up and make flats the bellends.
I can gaurentee you that there’ll be a fair few restrictions in what you can do with the stadium set by both the council and DW.So with limits to what you can do with it and no crowds and the overheads of maintaining it the dick Krasner needs to fcuk off back to the end of his garden and disguse it with the fairies because he’s pissable funny living in his Dreamland of make believe.
I can fully understand why any potential new owners don’t wanna pay £3-£4million for something that is basically useless to anyone else.
Mark my words, there’s a stand off here and the only way forward is by sending the stadium chippy and Christopher Park to a live auction that’s unless the do as they’ve done with everything else:

About time the supporters club asked some dirrect questions instead of being complicit with this lot. It’s so bloody obvious they don’t want to sell and just want to bleed money out of the club. Gone from 6 million debtors with us being owed 4.8 incoming transfer fees from last season to us selling 1e million in players (though for some reason the figures never get released) and we still owe money despite our wage bill being bugger all as we have no players left. Throw in another 1.6 million on Euxton and I think we all know where the moneys going. These fuckers don’t wanna go. Not while they can feed on scraps. The stadium is worth fuck all. It loses money every year and unless council buy in its a white elephant that Whelans saddled the club with. Still. Let’s rely on our weekly catch up with Krasner who will tell us all a load of lies that make no sense from the previous week.

Like I said, who outside the football and rugby would want or buy it ?.In the selling game it’s called “bundling” were the useless non sellable stuff gets thrown in with the juicy stuff to entise buyers.
In our case all the juicy stuff has long gone well squeezed out and for nothing leaving us still with debt.
I don’t think fat tvvat Krasner has thought that one through very well thinking, “That Stadiums worth a few bob, they’ll need that to play in, that’s were we’ll make our money !!”.

The maths just dont add up. Take the 6 million football creditors debt. This was made up of owed wages and monies still outstanding on previous transfers. Lowe went so did the debt to Pompey. Moore went so did the debt to Barnsley etc etc. The fee for Robinson sorted out the debt to Everton and according to Billy liar the players wages. The other players sold ,Gelhardt and the rest Euxton brought in more revenue . When the debt to the villains was scrapped it was then publicly reported that any further sanctions by the EFL pricks had been avoided. Now weeks later that fat faced fuck Fester is contradicting this. The initial 200,000 raised by the first hang on fundraiser paid for the end of season run in and again covered those costs.Shithead made a great deal of the fact our wage bill is now down to near the 2.5 million annual salary cap now in place. Yet he is painting this picture we owe money all over the place still. He is one dodgy bastard who needs investigation
