There have been games this season when we go behind and seem to feel sorry for ourselves and then go 2 or 3 behind pretty quickly. There’s almost a “here we go again” look about us when we go behind and all the energy we had before just vanishes.
18 February 2021 at 10:46 am #190941Richardson isn’t helping with shite like this.

Richardson also confirmed left-back Luke Robinson was dropped to the bench and forward Thelo Aasgaard left out of the 18 to avoid them suffering burn-out due to the hectic schedule.
Can’t get my head around that one, we are fighting for our League 1 lives and he drops two of our better players against a club that are second in the league and after revenge from the 8-0 drubbing, unbelievable!
Fuck the EFL
18 February 2021 at 10:49 am #190942Do you honestly think it will make a difference?[/quote]
On a serious note, none of us on this site would ever turn our backs on the club. The banner just shows our loyalty and love for the club while we can’t attend games.
The show of support in 2012 helped us then so who knows?

You can’t polish a turd pal.
Fuck the EFL

He has a point.
18 February 2021 at 12:28 pm #190946I work in Bolton where turds are extremely well polished!
18 February 2021 at 2:37 pm #190948Its his own fault, Richardson had the chance to bring in a couple of coaches but instead decided to bring in 9/10 journeymen that no one else wanted at the same time allowing a few youngsters to leave that were actually getting to grips with League 1.
Even though i respect his loyalty to the club and cause he has dropped one almighty bollock here and he knows it, no point moaning about it now.
Fuck the EFL
18 February 2021 at 3:31 pm #190949I think Leam is trying to get a bit of a reality check over to those that think everything is normal at the club, and also think we should be competing on a level playing field with everyone else.
It is far from normal at the club. Last night there over 20 backroom staff from Hull at the game, what I would give to have 20 people behind the scenes at Wigan in total right now.
FA Cup Winners 2013, sounds good that

Absolutely spot on .I think we were wrong releasing the academy lads.It did not sit right with me.We needed 2 or 3 experienced players in the January window to help out the young lads I think we brought in quantity over quality and we are paying the price.
18 February 2021 at 4:04 pm #190951What academy lads?
Jolley had played once? Twice? Gone to League 2.
Crankshaw was a decent sub, nothing more. Gone to League 2.
Obi was fucking shite. Gone to League 2.
Having a load of coaches is no good when we get injuries or players off with covid. Wjat are we gonna do, stick Gregor Rioch at CB? Granted he’d be better than Tilt.
It doesn’t surprise me like…..but if we go down this season I don’t see how any of us can complain really. It’s pretty much nailed on.
18 February 2021 at 4:22 pm #190953Some of our fans are an embarrassment, the vast majority of which frequent vital and hence why I don’t.
What Leam has said resonates through the squad, they are basically turning up and doing fitness training. There are no guys monitoring performance and therefore the stats are not being fed to the non-existent coaching staff.
I know there will be a day where this club and this team will be back and back with a vengeance, it just will not be this season. Nobody in there right mind will buy a club that has no assets and no income to immediately start pumping money into it.
There is an argument that if we are relegated and they take over it will cost more, but right now we are not adrift and so I can fulwell see the ideology behind delaying the takeover as long as is possible. I might not like it or agree with it, but that is because I am a fan and not a multimillionaire that wants keep losses to a minimum
18 February 2021 at 4:42 pm #190955Banner is a great idea, whoever thought of it.
I saw it on Facebook, don’t go on Vital because of the Xtreme advertising and who owns them, so not sure where it was first, and its irrelevant anyway.
We still love you CL, around a lot longer than any of the others and it is credit to you guys that run it.
Away a lot, but always watching
22 February 2021 at 3:15 pm #191022I see this is 75% of the way there, so if anyone can pitch in to push it closer, please do so.
FA Cup Winners 2013, sounds good that
22 February 2021 at 4:35 pm #191035Just as i thought not much interest, a week to raise less than £400?
Fuck the EFL
22 February 2021 at 7:03 pm #191036If they aren’t quick, they won’t get it up in the stadium either, as when the rugby starts the flags and banners will come down.
