This is one part of the quiz we did on our coaches on Saturday, everyone thought it was very clever, it was compiled by Jeff Rourke who many will know for his contributions to the Match Day Programme over the years.
Anyhow give it a go.
All the 15 answers are Latics players(surnames) that have played for us since we have been in the Premier League.
“Holy ________is that the time?”, I remarked after getting up late.
“_____________ the agenda today”? , my son and daughter both asked me,
“I was _______on us going up to ___________to do some ________ fishing, but we’ll
now have to give that a miss”.
“Let’s just go and have a long walk around Haigh ______ instead” said my lad.
While strolling through the gardens, I spotted something.

“Yes I’m definitely__________ about that” I remarked.
“Watch out for those_________ bushes, they are very prickly”. I said to them.
They both just managed to avoid them by some deft footwork.
“I thought you handled the situation very_____________”. I remarked to them.
“Can I have a double ice-cream_______ from the café in a bit Dad?” asked my daughter.
“That will be a___________” I told her “I thought you were on a diet”.
In the café, an old song by actor Richard Harris came on the radio.
“This is called _______________ Park” I said showing my age.
