Some things are bigger than football issues, please have a read.
FA Cup Winners 2013, sounds good that
6 October 2010 at 12:16 pm #48227I hope you’re going to “sticky” this one, Jay?
What a tragic, but great, cause and hopefully something that might eventually prove the catalyst for the various Latics fan groups coming together in a more general sense, as a happy by-product of helping out this poor young man and his family.
Personally, I can’t make the 22nd but I will be donating my £5 entry fee and some of my not inconsiderable bar bill.
6 October 2010 at 3:17 pm #48235I may not be able to make that particular event, but I will definitely ‘pay-pal’ my contribution to this worthy cause.
Let me know via PM if you are doing a raffle on the night as my wifes Hairdressing Salon in Leyland will donate a prize.
Good luck with the fund raising.
6 October 2010 at 3:44 pm #48238A vary worth cause, and I hope the latics community can rally round for this as he is one of our own.
Cant make the night, but already contributed by paypal.
Best of luck.
6 October 2010 at 9:35 pm #48247Pay pal’d my tickets last night. Hope to see some owd tics mates on the evening and help raise enough money and more for this worthy cause.
From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!6 October 2010 at 11:12 pm #48252Can’t make it but made a contribution.
Good luck Bernard on getting what is needed.
7 October 2010 at 3:34 pm #48275Can I just thank everybody that contributes in any way shape and form in advance. Anthony is my brother and going to watch the tics is not the same without him, whether it be springy park, jjb or the aways we used to attend
Anthony and myself have introduced many fans to latics down the years that would probably never have entertained supporting their town team. It’s touching to see all true latics fans get behind him and it proves we still are a family club within. Cheers lads and lasses7 October 2010 at 7:23 pm #48288Remember him from school, Honestly had no idea this had happened, im shocked. He is indeed a die hard fan, Has been for as long as i can remember. Progresswithunity i now know who you are and send you and your mam my deepest respect. Hope he is making good progress
