Moses had produced the spark in the Wigan team that lost just two of their final seven away games last season as they stylishly avoided the drop, and his absence appeared obvious for much of the game as Kone struggled to make an impact.
His finish yesterday was exactly what we want from situations like that.
He seems to be a goalscorer. And Di Santo, although I did yell (well, as I was on my own, mutter) at him a few times that he seemed slower off the mark to challenge than we’ve been used to the last dozen games, but his finish was good too.
