So after Bielsa has admitted he has watched every side he has played train, what if anything should the EFL do about it?
17 January 2019 at 1:19 am #175250Nothing.
I bet almost every club sends a scout or 2 to the game prior to the their game against said team. The could if they wanted send some one to every game.
That is probably more use that watching people do sprints and dodges!
17 January 2019 at 2:09 am #175254I’d agree if the guy had just been peeping through the fence or using some ladders but from what I heard Frank Lampard say today they caught him on his hands and knees with a pair of pliers trying to break in through the fence
17 January 2019 at 3:05 am #175255They love using sides as an example with stuff like this. I can see a 3 point deduction coming.
17 January 2019 at 9:34 am #175256Have they actually broken any rules?
17 January 2019 at 10:49 am #175257The new Bond?
17 January 2019 at 10:54 am #175258Have they actually broken any rules? No official rule against it otter no but then again you can’t list each and every rule some are expected and covered under things like acting in a professional manner and not bringing the game into disrepute.
I think they will get a fine and nothing more with it reiterated that this sort of thing isn’t done.
17 January 2019 at 3:49 pm #175261Horrible club I really hope they blow it. One thing good only about them the all white kit.
17 January 2019 at 4:39 pm #175262There used to be something called “sportsmanship” in this country, and that’s something that should be taken into consideration by the EFL / FA.
It’s sneaky & underhanded so hope they make an example of Leeds.18 January 2019 at 10:28 pm #175271It might not be ethical but good look to them, no one ever check your mates answers in tests at school or try to get info for work?
18 January 2019 at 11:22 pm #175273Any advantage gained is tiny.
The players on the pitch during the game is what counts more so focus on what his own players do would help more.
Think this might may come back and haunt Leeds if they fall away from the top.19 January 2019 at 12:04 am #175275Valid point. They aren’t outclassing the rest of the division based on spying, but it still doesn’t make it right.
19 January 2019 at 1:06 am #175278No but….if someone is spying watching them practise set pieces, freekicks corners players getting treatment, penalties, any knocks bangs or players strapped up defensive set up if thier practising lots of long ball or short ball.
You might think it’s tiny but it’s the tiny bargains that count. For me it needs banning and if your caught points deducted. As it stands it’s legal cheating that needs taking out the game19 January 2019 at 1:48 am #175280No but….if someone is spying watching them practise set pieces, freekicks corners players getting treatment, penalties, any knocks bangs or players strapped up defensive set up if thier practising lots of long ball or short ball.

Think I need a lie down.
19 February 2019 at 1:57 pm #176459Got away with it then basically
