Last season the game was called off (Correct me if I’m wrong but it was against Bolton) because the club used the excuse that the surrounding around was dangerous . I believe they blamed the council for not gritting the roads, even though its private roads around the club.
Now we’ve known it was going to be icy and snow for some time now, the club must have a better effort to organise this better this year.
We’ve not had a home game for a while and I one would be really cheesed off if the game was called off tomorrow or any during the winter for that matter.
We have under ground heating so the pitch cant be used as an excuse either.
4 December 2010 at 1:51 am #52448That’s right. Slag the club off before anything has even happened.

Slag the club off before anything has even happened. Not the first time the club or something related to the club has been slagged off for hypothetical reasons today Griff. The dark side have really sunk to a new low. Pathetic if you ask me. (This post in itself isn’t pathetic by the way, I hope no games get called off myself, but it seems people have decided to start slagging things off before they have happened! )

4 December 2010 at 11:57 am #52470I think you will find the Police have the games called off on an health and safety issue if the streets around the stadium are bad. Of course we could ask the players to get the shovels out.
