I admit to not knowing his name until this morning & have only encountered him a few times since moving tp the jjb/dw stadium, but at springfield park he quite often came over to me for a chat. Still love to know whats funny about the youtube clip though.

OK, I think I know the clip we are talking about now. Finger on the pulse eh, Phil? It’s only nearly four months old.
IIRC, I think the funny bit is that he comes very close to effing and jeffing on live TV.
Having just watched the clip again, yes, from a fans passionate perspective on the cup win it is a funny clip & yes, we do need more passionate fans like him as opposed to our moaning gits. But as i said previous, he often came to chat to me at springfield park & i always loved his enthusiasm for his club.
Still think he is the double of James Mclean

The clip is very funny too and the nifty bit of sound editing at the beginning to silence the expletives adds to the comedy :lol: (It was almost live, BBC had about two minutes flat to find a typical Wigan fan, interview him/her and edit for family consumption).
