The difference beetween them and us is about £100 million in the attacking 3rd of the pitch. None of our attackers would get in there team and it showed yesterday. They are probably (Man Utd apart) the form team in the country at the moment, I can’t see what some people expect from us at times against far better players. Yes every now and then we will get agood result against top teams but these are rare results for teams like us.
I think if we had the choice of beating Reading 3 nil and losing 4 nil yesterday, most Wigan fans would have taken that.
We are still in a better position than Q.P.R, Reading and Villa.Don’t worry some of us still have our sanity. Regardless of the result and team we played….. It was a shite display. Sound silly in this day and age but we shouldn’t be being beaten that heavily by a crap Liverpool team. Made their over priced and over paid players look like world beaters. And we are back to square one ……………………………….again!!!!!!!!
That is what i love against this club. Now we are in the premiership there is no interest in any investment. So now we roll over to next week again and the happy happer brigade saying “just chalk it off” again.
There is only so many games you can balls up before you are relegated. What excuses will we use then?
I Just think that the manner in which we got mullered was very bad and there was no evidence of that fight that was shown around this time last season ! More than enough players had shockers yesterday !
