We seem to have problems constantly with our players being unhappy and linked with other teams. After Saturday all our players have been called mercenaries and much worse but!!!!

We sell ourselves as a stepping stone how can we expect a player to show loyalty if he is told on signing your just here till something better comes along. The other problem we have is we don’t hide the fact, everyone in the world knows you can come to Wigan and get a bargain which is why Spud head comes back every Summer to take one of our best players. Titus for 1 mill        not a Martinez type of player I here you say, what a defender who can defend.

I don’t see thebenefit of selling Bramble for a million, our best defender and didn’t ever look for a move away. The lad was an asset to us.

Exactly, not the worlds best but 20 times better than what were left with. Our defence on Saturday was an absolute shambles.

Thing is .. I thought our defence would be ok as it looks decent on paper .. but the sale of Bramble always puzzled me.

The defence is okay on paper, it’s just the way it is set up and trained which is the problem. We were torn apart so often in the first half we could have been 6 down.
Moses looked like a school boy on a day out too, not too bad once he had the ball under control, which only took 3 or 4 touches, but he was clueless about his positional sence when they had the ball…. if he had been given any instructions he obvioulsy didn’t understand them – poor trainging again. RB is not showing any signs of cutting the mustard at this level I’m afraid.
