I’ve had the same problem a few times. Best bet is if you know anybody that is going to the game that has driven, stick the cases in their boot. I don’t think there is anywhere in town that will store anything like that.
Think outside the box, gents – there are two sports centres next to the stadium, both of which are open on match days, both of which have changing rooms with lockers.
But, if, one day, there is a huge explosion during the match, don’t blame me.
Their are two posh boozers in town ..last orders and Harry’s bar with delightful clientele in their..one will look after your stuff for a couple of hours. might be the last time you see it.
Griff, I hate to accuse you of having not frequented such sporting establishments for a while, but have you seen the size of lockers compared to suit cases?!

Quite, but he never said what kindsize of luggage he had, did he? And I take enough clobber with me there on a Thursday night to last for a weekend and that fit’s OK. ;)

Always best to take more than you think you’ll need. You were obviously taught well at school for fear of not having the correct kit and having to play sports “in yer skins”. Slightly the better option than having to use lost property kits from, what my school geniously named, ‘the scrubber cupboard’.
Slightly off topic there. It does indeed depend on how big your bag is…
