Maybe I am the only person who thinks this, but shouldn’t Hugo, our best striker and a real premiership striker be the main man up front in the middle and not scotland?
Scotland and Mareno have not proven themselves this season, on wednesday I thought we played quite well but our main problem was not being able to score.
I know martinez is trying to convince us he is playing 4-3-3 but I think he is the only person who believes this…. who does he think we are Barcelona? :o

Be honest with you i think with the style of players we have is a 4.4.2 team for fun. but our leader thinks other ideas if it had been at a another club he would have been sacked well before now the game with Portsmouth they were there for the taking and he cant rally the players to to compete in a decent football match and collect 3 points . charles on the wrong side. ive have to say if big dave keeps this mon he.s getting soft with old age. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
How many of Zogs goals has he scored with his left foot,cutting in from the righthand side,against how many times he has scored when he plays on the left.Seems like it works to me!
i agree with truelatic – rodders playing in a more central position behind main striker could work & maybe should be given a try.
That sums Martinez up. Laurel and Hardy in the middle and the only effective striker we have out on the wing for 87 mins. For 6 mins we actually played 4-4-2 and Moses and N’Zogbia on the correct wings and 2 up front. What he expected Moses to do in 6 mins is beyond me.
