Must admit i am getting more excited by the day with the links and quotes from Uncle Dave himself and if some of these deals go through we could be in for the best season in our history. It is certainly the right way to get bum’s back on seats. I know a lot of wage fee’s have been freed up and i don’t know if this is possible. Be nice if it was but the players we have been linked with makes us a mouth watering squad.

Just a bit of fantasy at the minute i know but would be nice. I think i would fill the gaps with Wes Morgan at CB and Robbie Keane up front.
As i say just pure fantasy but N’Zogbia 9m, Figgy 5m, Rodders 10m and Boselli 4m. Thats 28m just on player sales alone plus their large wages. Morgan 3-4m, Arca free, Hargreaves free, Wright-Phillips 3m, Dos Santos 3m, Keane 1m.(because tottenham just want him gone. Maybe even free).
That wouldnt be bad business me thinks, Around 11m spent and my opinion is it would make us a hell of a lot stronger. That leaves around 12m for wages although it would get nowhere near that after getting those players off the wage bill in the first place.

SWP i think is pricing himself out of a move to Wigan obviously thinks hes 2 big for us. Keanes wages would be high but it is a possibility. But you are right if we sell Nzog and figs we would have quite a kitty mixed with Martinez and his spanish scouting network an you never know what might happen. Im liking the positivity and the fact this is a new thread. Board seems abit dead at the moment. No banter from the “Darkside” but im sure theyl come back when we lose a friendly or something. I think aswell Moses will be a big player for us this year, he will be used allot more :)
